Description
An introductory Javascript class for people who are new to programming or have up to a year of programming experience in another language. The class will meet for 2 hours each week and there will be homework and reading assignments in between the classes. Everyone must bring their own laptop. Liah Hansen will be the instructor for this class. She is a software engineer at Blazing Cloud where she develops web applications using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and Javascript. Liah has been teaching with Blazing Cloud since our teaching program began. Note: This is a new class, so we're offering it at a discounted rate. If you sign up, you will be the first group to try some of the exercises. It should be a fun adventure.
